| As I was having my INVISUS Security set up on my computer, I mentioned to my DSWA Tech Dream Team technician that my volume control icon had disappeared from my computer. Tech Dream Team Support signed on to my computer, offered to fix it and call me back. In about twenty minutes, my missing compuer icon was back. The process included connecting with Gateway and downloading a new audio program to my computer! After they finished, they even fixed my Firefox/IE browser issue, as well as some small thing with my Outlook Express. Small stuff, but still...done in minutes.
