As I was having my INVISUS Security set up on my computer, I mentioned to my DSWA Tech Dream Team technician that my volume control icon had disappeared from my computer. Tech Dream Team Support signed on to my computer, offered to fix it and call me back. In about twenty minutes, my missing compuer icon was back. The process included connecting with Gateway and downloading a new audio program to my computer! It’s so awesome to contact one person and have any issue resolved while I enjoy a cup of tea!!!

I really like the INVISUS system and the feeling of confidence it has given me! The Tech support person that assisted in installing the software did an amazing job, and continued to work with me through questions and additional support issues I had. As a "non-tech" person, I do not understand all the specifics of this system - and am confident that I won't ever have too, either. It'll just keep working. I went from not wanting to "slow down" my computer with additional programs to wanting this security system AND the customer support service on all the computers in my home and office!

“Wow. INVISUS is ONE impressive company! I was just finishing reading the email INVISUS sent me and was looking at the clock to see if they were still open and the phone rang. It was an INVISUS tech asking if I had time for them to help me get my computer set up! The INVISUS tech cleaned up my PC in an hour as I simply sat back and watched them take control of my computer. After they finished, they even fixed my Firefox/IE browser issue, as well as some small thing with my Outlook Express. Small stuff, but still...done in minutes.
